The British Touring Car Championship trip to Scotland saw its occasional support series follow it for the Ginetta GT5 Challenge Knockhill Rounds 2017. Qualifying saw Simon Traves on pole, with Lewis Brown in second and Shane Stoney in third. The first race saw Geri Nicosia take the win from Stoney, with Brown in third place.
The second race of the weekend on Sunday was based on the result of race one, with Nicosia on pole. Nicosia managed to convert the pole position to a second win for the weekend, ahead of Traves and Brown. A special mention to Carlito Miracco, who was celebrating his eighteenth birthday over the weekend, and who managed to push his way up through the grid in the second race to finish in eighth place.
Here are a few photos from the weekend.
